硫醇單一活化Cyanine3 dye。該染料用于向包含半胱氨酸殘基的蛋白、多肽以及硫醇化的分子（比如含硫醇的寡核苷酸）標記Cyanine3熒光團（Cy3®的類似物）。 胱氨酸應該在標記前先使用TCEP（tris-carboxyethylphosphine）或其他還原劑進行還原反應。 使用Cyanine3 maleimide進行的標記反應是有選擇性的，有效的。 我們推薦使用水溶的Sulfo-Cyanine3 maleimide標記抗體和其他敏感蛋白。
